I've seen useful guides and information in General discussions being pushed into the abyss with threads that aren't that constructive, and I've seen threads which are good but did not make it as a sticky...and really, the Search function really is not that useful, imho. It has loads of limitations.

Disclaimer:

• This is a compilation of all the threads/sites I've found which are supposed to provide useful/constructive information. I've only used some of them, hence I'll not be responsible for information discrepancies and errors or such.
• That also means that I've only skimmed through most of them and added them here. 
• If you think a thread should be added here, post it and suggest it,giving your reasons too. If you think that a thread should be removed, notify and give us your reasons as well.
• I'm actually trying my best not to add duplicates, so if you have something which is not supposed to be a duplicate and want it here, do go ahead and tell me. 
• A word of advice: Please do not blindly follow all of these info. Do cross refer and check for reliability if necessary.
• Do give your suggestions to help improve it.
• All credits goes to the respective threads/site makers. Note that some titles are changed a bit. If there's any typo whatsoever, do point it to me.
