Who to believe in... the customer service representative who follows what is written in their script or an event moderator that knows the mechanics of the event...  

Ask here so that Argentum hopefully answers that ....

So the mod gave a wrong instruction? And that's what I did. Probably many players will complain about this thing.

WTF??? LOOK AT THIS INTSRUCTION I READ IT MANY TIMES THEY DIDNT INCLUDE THAT IT MUST BE ENHANCE TO BLACKSMITH SHEEEEZZZ!!! FAIL!!!!

To be eligible for the reward of Objective #2, players must enhance the set equipment during the event period of 25 May 2012, 0000HRS (GMT+8) to 17 June 2012, 2359HRS (GMT+8). Equipment that had already been enhanced to +7 or +8 beforehand will not be eligible by default, unless it is enhanced again during the event period. (Eg; previously enhanced +7 equipment that is enhanced to +8 within the event period will be eligible for the reward, causing it to be +9 after crediting).
- The success or failure of the enhancement is not a determining clause of eligibility.
- There is no minimum set piece requirement for Objective #2. Single Manticore/Apocalypse set pieces that are enhanced to +7 or +8 are eligible (as long as they meet all other requirements as above).
- The rewards for Objective #1 will be credited to all eligible players on 4 June 2012, before 2359HRS (GMT+8), while the rewards for Objective #2 will be credited on 19 June 2012, before 2359HRS (GMT+8).

errr .. i did not saw this "it must be enhance to blacksmith" i also read properly ..

and ow on the end of the explanations they said

- GM decisions are final

so this sh.it is a myth ...

but if that - GM decisions are final and the explanation of the event that I red from the event is wrong

then they are trolling us

No, it's not a myth. Please refer to the images posted and read properly. 2 different people from CC replied with 2 different answers.

Fuuuuuuuuuuu they really should clarify this b4 hand. Wasted more than 5k gold buying spirals for 2 chars. I hope they redeem us somehow for their own mistake on contradicting themselves.

Let's all calm down first.

Frankly, this issue does not affect me at all because I used jellies to enhance my set. But I thought it would be unfair to all of those who used spiral/vortex codes so I posted it here in General Discussion to hopefully get a mod's attention to clarify this. I just hope that Argentum is the one who got the real requirement correctly and not CC support.

If any mod is reading this now then please help us get the right answer for this issue.
