why when I click NPC like Berlin...he speaks no voice = =
and my 3rd / 4th slot characters too, only my 1st/2nd when i click will occurs voice but 3rd / 4th wont anymore

I already re-installed the game...still like that = =
any solution?

my BGM has no problem

Have you re-installed using the same installer?
Have you also deleted the Dragon Nest folder when you have uninstalled it?

the problem solved
i re-formatted my pc and installed DN again
the voices from NPC / 3rd slot and 4th character at login screen were back
