How To Send A Ticket To Cherry Messenger

Just follow these instructions below~ :)


1. Login to your Cherry Exchange account here: https://exchange.che....com/index.aspx

2. Click on the CHERRY MESSENGER at the menu.

3. Click the Request for help button

4. You can type out your problem, or you can click on the FAQ most related to your problem

5. Read the FAQ and click on the Continue to Ticket Creation button

6. Fill up the form and give as much information as possible. Just click Submit when you are done.

*Working days are counted as Mondays to Fridays. Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays are NON-working days.

If your message is not replied within a couple of days, please try to be patient and refrain from sending multiple messages - they do not process your case faster because of multiple messages.
