Manual searching for the Cherry Messenger is no longer possible as the new forum layout does not seem to have this option thus the only other possible method known at this time is the direct link.

Please note that CC usually takes 2-3 working days to process a message sent to the Cherry Messenger, but if they are dealing with a high amount of tickets, they may take longer than usual to reply.
*Working days are counted as Mondays to Fridays. Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays are NON-working days.
Please note that if it your first time accessing the Cherry Exchange they may require you to fill out some personal details before letting you use Cherry Messenger
Cherry Messenger is used to contact CC staff regarding certain issues in the game like account issues, ban appeals, technical problems and general DN SEA questions.
Cherry Exchange also holds the location of changing information for your CC/game account (eg. password, email etc.)
If your message is not replied within a couple of days, please try to be patient and refrain from sending multiple messages - they do not process your case faster because of multiple messages.
