budget not enough if you want to run oh high settings stretch it to 5k, needs also good processor
you can only buy GT620 or HD5570 its a low end card but can run DN on low setting and low resolution

Not just VGA (Recommended 1GB ATI or NVidia) no lag for me high setting, RAM 2GB i have this and the game eat 80% RAM of my PC (Recommended 4GB for 32bits) and CPU also need min Dual Core for the latest Processor and yur connection bandwith too.

^This. You need at least 4GB if you want smooth settings on high. Consider upgrading to 64bit Win7 too if you are going for 4GB of RAM. Otherwise your card choice is solid.

I will stick with Windows XP. Win7 is just too glossy and fancy for my eyes (hat)

That card it way tt then youoo powerful for your CPU. You might not use all the potential it has. I would recommend a HD 5000 series instead of a 6570 HD. If you do buy tha will have a bottlenecked system.

Yeah i'll upgrade it to 4GB, but with 2GB its no lag with full high setting but eat more RAM. For upgrading to win 7 i still love dual core, cause this my lovely2 PC, maybe next i'll upgrade it to core i5 if i got boring using dual core ^_^

You mean gt 220? I'm using GT 220,quite smooth but still not acceptable for me. Sometime i still have some graphic lag at nest and raid. (sorry)
