Account Suspended/cherry Exchange Authentication Failed

GM's Please Help me Its been 1 week since i can't log in my account it says Oops Cherry Account Suspended i don't know any reason why they suspend my account and when i try to log my In Game Account the error message is different it says Cherry Account Authentication Failed?
I keep on sending message at cherry gardener and they are replying but just can't help me with my problem..

To all who experience this kind of problem please help us i know its not only me who experience this kind of problem i don't have any idea when will my account be activated again or when will the suspension expires!??
