Is your game client crashing randomly and abnormally? We need information!
Email email@example.com with:
1. A clear and detailed description leading to the crash, e.g. happens when returning to town, or at the login screen
2. Screenshot of the crash, especially if there's an error message
3. Log files, located within your Dragon Nest game folder (Dragon NestLog)
4. System specifications:
- Operating System (Windows XP, Vista, 7, etc)
- 32 or 64-bit
- Amount of RAM installed
- Name of anti-virus program installed, if any
- Graphics card
- Country of Residence
- Windows Start > Run > dxdiag.exe > Save the information into a .txt file.
