[Temp Fix] Unable To Load Config Patch List Error

Hi,

CC is aware of this issue and they are looking into this. If you are having issues, please kindly try this method from Addison's Facebook:

Certain ISPs are experiencing difficulties accessing our games due to their routing paths. Our engineers are already working with the relevant parties to improve on the situation - but this will take some time.

Some players have feedback to me that changing their DNS to Google's Public DNS worked for them. You might want to try this in the meantime.

Please remember that this means we are connected to the server via alternate route (in this case, Google one) which is usually longer for people from SEA Countries so we may suffer from additional delay or lag.
Mostly work unless your ISP can't connect to Google DNS. Posted Image

i got DCed anywhere (dungeon, boss fights etc) when i used google DNS. (T.T)

Try different pub DNS maybe google DNS already traffic up , i'm using SG public DNS

Still not work with Google DNS, even trying with open DNS or Singapore DNS. Any idea? (sob)

still not working for me, ive read Dragon nest eu forum.
many Brazillian players have same problem like this.

i just back form europe today and then this problem happened. before i went to europe i still can play DN very well.
i've tried change the dns it didnt work (i tether my iPhone to the PC).
i really need help here.

already tried this but error number 198 still poop up if i want to patch my version to 8.5

Any update on what's the status of this issue? It's been weeks already. I appreciate there's a temporary fix, however, once the public dns server are crowded, which is crowded almost all of the time, we do experience lag at its worst form. As much as We(me and my cousins and friends) want to play, we cannot!!!!!!

Please make this a priority one. :v

Hi Guys i would like to share my step by step way of fixing this problem.

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to Internet Options
3. Click ''Privacy''
4. Set it from "Medium" to "Accept all cookies"
5. Open the launcher and see if it works for you too.

I have recently encountered this problem and was able to solve the problem. This may help thousands of people who are UNAWARE on how to solve the problem.

Follow this helpful steps:

1. open your internet explorer
2. click file on your menu bar
3. uncheck the work offline option
4. and then try running the launcher

I do not know where i should write.
I download the game, install it and can't run just because the client cannot update it. Then i found where i can download and install patches by my self http://dragonnest.eu/game/download but the last putch there is 155 to 156. Where can i find whole list?

I do not tell you that after new update i lost and cannot use my old account?(actually, can i connect replace database from there to this one?) but problem with this client still is not solved. What' up?
