If they did do that for that reason, they should've increase all of the other basic Dodge CD not just for academic. Only other dodge skill CD increased was Tumble for OPsin but still unlike us with only 1 dodging skill, they still have the log for escape

Enginneers will get a free reset after the patch revamped? how about the other characters who also are affected with the adjustment of skills ... ? such market strategy CHERRY ... @_@

That's because only these 2 classes have CD plates for Dodge/Tumble (the other classes' choice of options for their dodge skill plates are reset chance and MP consumption reduction)

the new dodge cd without plate is at 2.9sec. Pre revamp 2.6 sec.

new bubble cd 33 sec. prerevamp 30?
new wax cd 33 sec. prerevamp 30

Question: in MM mode max level, Physical attack is increase by 30%.

Is the increase purely for tower skills or does it mean even my other skills like ducks, stun grenade and pingpong have increase damage in mm mode?

I greatly appreciate this build thanks for sharing it (cool)
I think this one is somehow perfect skill build for my GM
will test a PVE and PVP play and will post it here later (:])

tower and its MM counterpart has different CD.

MM cannon tower has 0 CD and can be spammed fast using left click spamming or holding forward or back button

Does this work in PvP DWC? I tried testing it there but when I spam left click, its just Normal Attack.(Under MM)

Cannon tower does have CD, only in PvP. Then I tried testing in dungeons, it really doesnt. I just have to spam the skill button. (:D)

Yes, MM Cannon has 0 CD, just do a right click after ur cannon shot to speed things up. Anyway, level 1 ppb has almost the same damage as pre-boost level 16 ppb with a damage plate. So as far as mob control goes it is still pretty effective.

I'm honored that you had found it useful, however, I'm still in the midst of testing out various PVP builds through DWC. There're a few different styles to try out too.

Iceberg ECJ is the jade that converts all your neutral skills into Ice, Abyss for Dark and I dunno the other 2

I think I like this PVE Skill built, a lot, I messed up with my free reset, I maxed the ice pump, I was thinking of making a ICE GM, but neh. Good thing I still have the skill reset in my Lv70 achievement box

I got noob questions tho.

1. Does this PVE skill build has a ECJ?
2. If so, what is it, can you please post your equipment build, if its ok?
3. I think I want to built a light type GM, is that ok?
4. For Chem Grenade skill, the percentage of elem reduction resist stay the same regardless of level right? cmiiw.

To answer your queries:

1. It is possible to use ECJs for this build, IMO abyss or lightning would be best, maybe even fire if your party is trying a more unusual lineup. However, do note that this build is not optimized for iceberg ECJ due to level 1 ice tower having lower debuff CMIIW.

2. As menntioned above. This build goes well with most ECJ.

3. Yes, with blessing of light being reverted to a party buff, having more light resistance debuffs from the recent inquisitor rebalance, not to mention crusaders are more accepted in parties now that they are buffed means u get conviction aura buff. Light is surely a viable option.

4. Yes, chemical grenade provides 18% elemental debuff and 30% crit resist debuff throughout all levels. The only difference lies in the damage dealt and also the duration of the debuff.
