I can't verify my account because no msg comes into my phone. the number is right but it includes a zip code which i may think is the source of problem. but no. yeah no msg comes in how can i pop up and verify my fishin account

Hi i cant recieve otp mobile code to update my account thats why i cant top up cheery credits pls solve this problem please....

The phone number is correct but still can not receive the OTP code
