Account Binding Tutorial from DNEU to CC

Hello

For me all work since 16 march, all char, and CS work too.

I will try to explaine step by step how binding because is not easy level to binding :/
(sorry for my english , i'm french)

BINDING TUTO
---

1) go here : https://dneu.cherryc...m/binding/login

2) enter your login and password DNEU

3) creat a CC account
fill all
  - phone number : "empty" or "0123456789"
  - national ID : "isnotyourbuisness"
  - put a 6x digit code (is for cashshop only)
  - put a mail with @.com, for exemple Gmail (french mail @.fr don't work for me)

4) validate and you have "success binding" (with picture 1 rings) /!\ BUT IS NOT FINISH !!!
many people are stoper here and connecte and -> empty chars because you have juste creat a CC account !

5) go in your CC account and activate him

6) YOU RECEIVE A MAIL with a activation code !
(many people are not receive this mail and > empty char too)
But if you don't receive mail you can't continu... and ask to support, or Mantou or change mail

MAIL IS:

7) is link on the mail don't work "folder not found"

fill login / password / and activation code

8) validate and you have ANOTHER "success binding" (with picture 3 rings)
" this activation seems copy your data char "
And you receive final mail

Congratulations ****************
Your Cherry Exchange has been successfully activated.
Here is your login credential:
   Cherry Exchange Login ID: ****************@gmail.com
You can also email us at gardener@cherrycredits.com if you need further assistance in accessing your account.

Dude, i binded my account back then. I've got to logged in once and saw that my characters are not there. I closed it, opened it again, tried to log in, but system said "unknown error". Do u know how to fix this?? Also i didnt got any e-mail for confirmation. Where do i go to contact the support? Im new to CC so i would really appreciate the help.

I'm pretty sure you just need to add the +3X from your country in front of the phone number.
