Due to a server technical failure on 5th February, the previous operator, Shanda Europe, had drawn up a compensation plan for all affected players.
Players can keep track of the compensation progress here. The compensation plan is scheduled to complete before 1 Apr 2016 2359HRS CET.
All players are strongly encouraged to ensure they have received all items as stated in the compensation plan by then. Customer support for any enquiries related to the compensation plan will cease after 1 April 2016.
