Tbh the usual time that the help team takes to respond is about 2 days which is totally fine imo, the real issue for me is when the ticket actually requires some investigation, in the FAQ it says the usual time for a ticket needing investigation into the error is about 5-7 days.

I've now been waiting 14 days after asking for the email i used to bind my account :l

No disrespect but wtf is this? Surely this isn't a hard task, just to tell me the email.. Then i asked "How much longer?" and they replied "You will only get an update once the respective in charge responds".. So i'm assuming that this isn't actually the person who is speaking's error?

Either way i was understanding at 7-10 days but now it's just kind of irritating me since i feel like they're not even trying to help me.

Please fix this, it's beyond annoying how long they take.

P.S I wouldn't be as bothered if it was something minor, but i can't enter the game at all because of this issue.
