Okay, let's start... Firstly i want to say few things about the both merc classes, who just got 95 revamps.
The different between Barbarian and Destroyer is - Barbarian>DPS, Destroyer> Tank/DPS
That's what u need to remember. Actually Skill builds for both classes are not much different with the recent patches.

Now lets move to my personal 95lv builds.

Destroyer


Merc  - dash blow, air sweep are optional. Devastating, Cyclone Axe for extra iframe and devitalizing for berserk in IDN HC 2nd boss are optimal skills too. Dash kick is just fun to use.
95lv PVE/Raid build

TL:DR: As for 95cap, lets talk about first wave of Destro changes. Destroyer awakening active skills are trash, yes, but Assault Crash is boosted and deals good dmg, so pick it if you like. Maelstrom howl is back to 15sc CD which sucks for us who love to spam it, instead they gived hp recover on the skill. Charging howl  gets more hp recovery too. Rolling Attack gets boosted a lot and if you land all 3, you win the game, i mean deal more dmg u can from using all the rest skills. Crtical is a big issue for the class now, but with end game gears and proper plates/items you can solve it. Class mastery 3 for Destroyer is cool and useful, Dmg of Circle break is similar to maxed punishing swing, has nice dmg boost when used with Circle break. For those who dont know Circle break is good to iframe skills, dodge stomps or move forward as mobility skill ie: better than tumble.
According to some KR notes, there will be future boost to the class.

2nd build changes: will be updating soon, as for now looks: CS to have filled dmg skill for killing mobs instead awakening active skills

Accesories:
Best options are of course Genesis, but other options can be skill acc or unique 95lv until legend comes:
Skill options: Circle bomb, Rolling attack, Malestrom howl or Flying swing( only if u don't have skill +1 on cash weapon)
Nec: High Vit option, or hybrid with Vit and Bear
Earning: Vit + Fire/Ice elemetal preferably
Rings: - Crt + ele attack %



Skill Plates:
Flying Swing DMG, Circle bomb DMG, Rolling Attack dmg
Optional plates: Iron skin, Maelstrom Howl
Cash Skill Heraldy: Flying Swing for +20-21lv, to boost your dmg or better Rolling Attack if you spam this skill more often



Some extra info:
Your main Stats remains VIT/STR

Gearing info:
Мain goal is to reach crt cap, crt dmg, then focus on FD/high attack, also not to forget survivability

Heraldry's: Health, Vitality, Bear, Wind, Fatal, Destruction, + two slots for  Shining/Tent/Ultimate, or Limitation and all if you got cash 3x slot item
Special Heraldrys: Depends of what you lack: Pick those with high Attack + FD/ high Crit/Crt dmg/ STR ones

Talismans: Ultimate/(if you going for FD)Elemental>Vitatlity>Destruction>Bear/Wind>Tent>Shining>Life/Limitation and Fatal

Now depending of what you need to cap your FD/CRT/CRT dmg or base attack this are the 2nd stats u need to look for:
Second stats for Heraldry: FD/Crit/Crit dmg/STR
Second stats for Talisman: STR mainly, or Agi if you really lack crt

Jades:
80lv jade 5/9life (most vit gave ones) + STR or Vit + STR, as for  90-93lv jades, guild jade STR or AGI if you lack crt
Updated for lv95: Depending of what you lack again
Defence: STR + Crt/Cdmg or Vit/HP or Attack power bonus option
Attack: Any elemental attack you want + Attack power/STR or Crt+Cdmg + HP/FD is good, for example: Unique Dragon jade with crt: 26.7k, pdmg% 8.5%, cdmg 26.7k
Conversion Jade: Same as attack above: Example - crit: 26.7k ice%: -13.5% cdmg: 26.7k

And for Last: After all this long time, we received a buff that gonna make the class more funny to play, change this all discrimination and able to get you a spot as Tank/dps in raid parties,

– PVE: Attack increase 10%, Critical increase 15%

Crisis Howl
– gain 10 [Fury] after casting (PVE, PVP)
– skill can be learned after Level 18.  (PVE, PVP)

Iron Skin
– damage reduction effect is removed  (PVE, PVP)
– duration is reduced to 18 sec  (PVE, PVP)
– CD is changed to 35 sec (PVE), 60 sec (PVP)

Highlander
– Survival under low HP effect is removed. (PVE, PVP)
– Consume 30% HP to gain 50 [Fury]  (PVE, PVP)
– CD is changed to 60 sec (PVE)

Taunting Howl
– Aggro increase and critical reduction effect are removed (PVE, PVP)
– induce 20% damage debuff, duration 10 sec. (PVE, PVP)

Havoc Howl
– Max HP increase effect is removed (PVE, PVP)
– [Fury] consumption added (PVE, PVP)
– Grant invincibility while casting. (PVE, PVP)

Resentment
– name of Toughness is changed; all existing effect is removed (PVE, PVP)
– gain1 [Fury] every 2 sec, up to max 50.
– each [Fury] increases 1% STR and 0.4% damage reduction
– can be learned after Level 18


Destroyer

Charging Howl
– added cool down charging effect (PVE)
– [Fury] consumption added (PVE, PVP)
– CD is reduced to 10 sec (PVE)

Maelstrom Howl
– [Fury] consumption added (PVE, PVP)
– Additional attack from VIT is removed (PVE, PVP)

Flying Swing EX: Gain [Fury] when you hit enemies (PVE, PVP)
Class Mastery II
– Attack increase from VIT is removed (PVE, PVP)

– Added attack increase effect (PVE, PVP):
Class Mastery I
– During the buff duration of Battle Howl, grant bonus max HP based on VIT
– Grant HP recovery every 2 sec after using Highlander

Class Mastery II: grant bonus attack based on VIT
[Awakening Passive] Hammer Mastery
– name is changed to Weapon Mastery
– the effect is valid even without equipping hammer.

Crash Mode
– CD is changed to 8 sec
– duration is changed to 15 sec
– grant additional crit
– grant Hp recovery every 2 sec
– Normal attack: 1255% > 3250%
– Special attack: 1004% > 2600%

[Awakening Passive] Howl Charging: press special attack to trigger self buff

New changes for destroyer:

Rolling Attack
Increased Attack power.
- From 1553% to 2134%

Highlander
Reduced Cooldown time.
- From 60 seconds to 45 seconds
Decreased HP consumption.
- From 35% of maximum health to 15% of maximum health


Class Mastery 1
Removed HP recovery effect when using Highlander skill.
When using Battle Howl skill, Increases damage by 50% of health.
When using Charging Howl skill, the duration of the HP recovery effect increases.
- Duration from 10 seconds to 20 seconds

Class Mastery 2
Removed attack increase by 50% of health.

Assault Crash
Increased skill animation speed.
- There is no problem that the combo is cut off for small monsters and characters, or the last hit does not occur.
Removed the effect of attaining RAGE and consume 5 RAGE when using the skill.
Increased Attack power and Cooldown time.
- From 9655% to 16438%
- From 8 seconds to 22 seconds

[Awakening Passive] Maelstrom Howl
Attack and Cooldown reduction effect removed.
Removed RAGE consumption effect.
When using skill, Recovers 5% of HP. (3% PVP)

[Awakening Passive] Howl Charging
Increased the input time of Special Attack Button to activate the damage increase effect.

TL:DR: 95cap has two waves of barb boost, the first one is here which im gonna talk about. They made us spam demo fist more now with impact punch and bone crash + INS, with new stomp playstyle changes slighly. Good combo of chaining stomp, bone crash, impact punch, demo fist and bone crash INS is kinda like double ultimate CS, but whirwind is still pretty weak, which is why there are gonna be new changes for barb in the future patches that will change his dmg output on the rest skills.

Skill plates as:
Stomp dmg, Circle Swing DMG, last 2 plates are optimal: - iron skin, Havoc CD, Demo fist dmg, Whirwind




PVE/PVP Hybrid skill build 93lv

Must Skill Acc: Circle Swing, bone crash - optimal : stomp, whirwind, demo fist

Gearing info:
Мain goal is to reach crt cap, crt dmg, then focus on FD/high attack. For our luck, Barbarian can reach crt/dmg easier than Destroyer, which is why keep focusing to increase STR/FD more.

Heraldry's: Health, Vitality, Bear, Wind, Fatal, Destruction, + two slots for Ultimate and Limitation + Shining/Tent/ and all if you got cash 3x slot item
Special Heraldrys: Depends of what you lack: Pick those with high Attack/STR/ FD/ high Crit/Crt dmg ones

Talismans: Ultimate/(if you going for FD)Elemental>Destruction>Bear/Wind>Vitatlity>Tent>Shining>Life/Limitation and Fatal

Additional info: Compare to our brother, Destroyer that received many positive buffs, Barbarian at other hand got high boost on his all main skills. Now every skill deals good dmg. At most scenario self healing from devastating is better than other classes. Another nice thing is no need to play riskly anymore at raid or nests, easy circle swings almost all the time, dmg from all barb tree are great, bone crash with high % of dmg and no more need of using dash kick. The new barbarian playstyle request some training to increase his dps, and believe me that his bursting moments are amazing  (with a little help of action speed ofc).

– the effect of gaining [Fury] after using Taunting Howl is removed (PVE, PVP)
–  CD is reduced to 12 sec (PVE)
– Press Normal Attack button while casting Circle Swing and consume 30 [Fury] to cast Fury Circle Swing.
– PVE: Fury Circle Swing damage – 500%, additional swing damage – 200%
– PVP: Fury Circle Swing damage – 150%, additional swing damage – 100%

FD buff from mastery stacks with your max FD - eg: max 150% FD-dmg increase
Your best buddies when running something - Havoc + iron skin

95lv Barbarian v1 Update

Just have to fill the spare points, you can go for Rising slash, dash kick or even sweeping kick.

Should I use bear jades ? since vit and hp % are added unto wind , bear and int jades or should I go with wind jades for critical ?

If you lack critical, also you are using 90lv set with 1 slot, then go for Agi + Vit

Easy for combo and more critical, but that's outdated. New weapons have same attack power/critical.
So it's only personal preference nowaday.

Depends where, long distance nests such as IDN i have better dps results with a destroyer. At normal nests, i would prefer Barb, since with good debuffs and luck anything dies before it does the mechanic.

Destroyer

Posting 2 builds that I'm going to use now:

For raid/tanking/dungeon grinding

Plates to use:
Charging howl CD, Flying Swing DMG, Circle Bomb DMG / + Optional MH dmg/cd Rolling attack DMG/Taunting howl debuff 50%

Techniques:
Nec>Circle bomb, Earning> Rolling attack or Flying swing( only if u don't have skill +1 on cash weapon)

If you want more DPS, don't unlock Awakened MH

Some extra info:
Circle bomb EX 'S' key got fixed, dmg doubled now is one of the main dps skills
Your class mastery I/II works, so go ahead and pump some VIT
Maelstrom Howl now can be increased to lv15!
Your main Stats remains VIT/STR
Taunting howl is stacking with normal debuff layers

My personal skill rotation as:
Tank: Punishing Swing>Charging howl>Taunting Howl>Maelstrom Howl>Circle bomb EX + Flying swing combo>Flying swing ex  ===> Repeat + Rolling Attack to escape from dangerous situations
DPS: Charging howl>Taunting Howl>Maelstrom Howl>Circle Bomb + Flying swing INS>Flying Swing EX>Punishing swing or Rolling attack


Barbarian

Add change info about the build: You can take out Flying swing and add Devitalizing if you planning  to run IDN HC.

Blue, if you mean do u get Raid dmg cap easy - yes you do.

I think after warrior awakening Highlander is useless skill, yeah its giving 50 rage and taking 35% HP, but awakened skill Frenzy and whirwind after it giving rage very easy so better to spend 10 SP on other skills
