I think I found a similar thread somewhere but died.... It's very old.

Unless no one is shy

Edit
I'll quote mine from somewhere in the dear diary thread. I'm using mobile so I can't do it right now. (sorry)

Same stuff I'm trying to say on my works. (:D)

but it's not that bad, some (or maybe all?) people started from there. I really thought that it's forever just a dream to be able to draw flesh from my 2D stickman that I usually imagine are doing epic battles.

I got to say though, the fun starts when you redraw a 1-5 year old work and you see that it's way too different from how you first drew it. (;])

i was able to browse the whole album perfectly (lol)

wow so many great hand-drawn sketches here... imma noob.. just good at copying anime-ish things (and maybe more) but for my own original creations (but kinda have references) i say i suck at proportions.. sometimes i draw things for my sister either when she wants it or when she needed it for school. one time she needed some sketches for the novel El Filibusterismo, i drew a pic every two chapters (for chapter 1 and 2, i needed to choose one scene and draw) not that its good, and i have used and copied references, but that work wasn't returned to my sister and instead is now archived at our school library.

ye'all made me remember one old friend i had in RO, to which in our old forums he posted most of his hand-drawn sketches and it was reaaaaaalllllllllly good IMHO. *tries to find his DA*

at least it has arrived to the library were the people can see your "precious" art
---
actually, the only thing im good at is drawing inanimate objects..
especially internal organs, human figures are harder for me as I have always wanted perfection (sorry)
eh wait, I have already explained this to Efru ( and also to anyone who might have read that but probably never really read it. ).

My sister's kinda creative in her projects but she lacks the sketching skills so she leaves it to me. since she is science-y i am used to drawing trees, part of cells (mitochondria ftw!) etc. etc. and similar things.

i also like to doodle, as in a lot, even with my old school notes.
and skulls, i like skulls - human skulls, animal skulls
