[Notice] Cherry Authentication Failure Issues

We have received feedback that some players are currently facing a Cherry Authentication failure issue. Please note that players who have been inactive for 3 months or more may have been locked out by the system as a protective measure. 

To resolve this issue, please go through the following steps:

Step 1: Please login to Cherry Exchange. You will see an error message and a link to retrieve your release code.

Step 2: Upon request of your release code, please check your email for the code. The email will also contain instructions on how you can activate your account again.

Hello. my account had the same issue.  i went to get a new release code.  after sending it. it " A new release code has been generated and sent to your email address"... but when i go to check it out in my email. it doest show.. no new email... . <email removed by Mantou> is my email.. please check it out ..i badly need my account :)

Hi,

Firstly for your account safety NEVER, mantou repeat NEVER disclose your email on public domain. Hackers will collect those information and brute force their way into the account if your password is weak.

For issue on not receiving email, have your check your junk mail folder or spam mail folder? Sometimes it get filter into those folders

hello Mantou, how about those account that were suspended? just like what happened with my main account, i cant log in due to my account is suspended, did try to log in in game, but i cant.. did change email add, but still my account is suspended. my other accounts, i was able to log in, why my main account only?

Same problem. But My exchange cherry is not locked.
When Disconected in last night, I can log in it appear " cherry account authentication failed".
I try change my DN ID but it not work and I can't change password(DN) it appear "runtime error".
Bad english sorry. Pls help!

Inactivity- as in like inactivity ingame or cherry credits login? Or both.

well I tried it about 5 times already, checked spam folder and trash still didn't find anything
this is just my sub account, my main account is still locked

I think CC has some bad interaction with YMail, I got the code for this account on Gmail like in blink of eye (:])
that being said, I want to play my main account not this (no)

For that Mantou is not able to check nor pinpoint it. Sadly Mantou can only refer u back to either Cherry Messenger or Email (Gardener@cherrycredits.com)

Can you send in cherry messenger ticket? from there CSO will be able to access your account information and status and assist you from there

Mantou i did not receive any messages from cc on my yahoo mail after it said that i should have check my email

i already send message thru Gardener@cherrycredits.com, i still waiting for their response. hopefully, i would get the answer/s that i need.. i dont know if my account is banned or what, i logged in in-game, i only get Cherry Account Authentication failed..

I can already log in to cherrycredits but when i try to log-in on the DN client it is still "Cherry account authentication failed".

EDIT: I just released my account. Before i can't log in to both client and cherrycredits.

i cant change password my account i cant do account activitaion, i cant verify my email/gmail. what is going on on cherrycredits are you being hacked my some hackers?. honestly cherrycredits is not anymore friendly user its true ~~!!!. please do something about this this is just a big issue do something about this before it gets worse.

Hello im having the same problem with the guys above.. I'm not receiving any emails regarding the release code for my lil bro's locked cherry account,
However additional problem to me is I reset my pin code without knowing you have to log in your account in order to complete the process (which I can't due to the fact that i can't log in my cherry account) and when I'm putting my birthdate when i try to change my email it's saying that its wrong (I'm pretty sure i put my real birthdate when i registered though T^T ). Im out of options. is there any other way to unlock my cherry account :( thanks in advance for the help.
