my cherry account is not locked (tense)
but in game always show up "cherry account authentication failed" (oo;)
i already send a message with cherry messanger (:])
but still no reply from you guys (oo;)
please fast respon i need to play as soon as possible coz i'm dying doing nothing in my house (love) (love)

For those using Yahoo Mail, mantou got to know that it might take hours for the "response mail" to be delivered to your mail.

So yahoo mail user u might need to wait longer than usual for the codes :(

Its says your cherry account is not locked. but when i open in game it says cherry authentication failed. Still waiting to cc to fix this issue.

is it Really necessary to give some birth certificate pictures just to prove that im the owner of the account i mean ive been on the game since 24 cap i got the 6 digit pin with me the email is still on my hands and i got suspended just for not playing for a few months man i wish you could give me a break im 15 my mom's loosing it when i asked for my Bcertificate

This wasnt the case for me but i still got Authentication Failed error.

I was able to play for couple of hours and got disconnected. When i try to relog it said Cherry account Authentication Failed. Im not inactive in any means but why did i get the error?

(I change password for like 3 times that day- maybe the reason why?)

im wondering if Mantou will ignore the issue of some players unable to open the cash shop ......I am also having the same problem.....and please dont reply that "kindly send a ticket" bcuz  my friend and some players i saw in the forum sent a ticket and its been weeks and there's no reply on this issue...... CURSE to ALL IGNORING this ISSUE that has the ABILITY to SOLVE IT!!!!!!!

Ive Been playing DN since 24 capt but i dont encounter this issue. but now my account has been locked for just logging out that day and when i log in cherry authentication failed.


Just release all the account that you suspended. or Fix this issue .
i want to play now AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WT!!

Mantou is just a mod. Whatever he does is limited. There are more appropriate people to talk to, like CCHelper.

Im not mad at Mantou........ ^^v........... im frustrated at CC ignoring this issue .....its like it dosent exist.........well....they dont mind some players quit cuz like i said only few players are affected  it just sucks cuz my main account was affected and after 4+yrs of playing DN to quit cuz of this cash shop issue........well its only my lost ........ not that CC even cares

exactly same problem. my cherry exchange is not locked. and got that "cherry account authentication failed" ingame

Hi there admin, i had the same issues. But i couldn't login into my old email. My cherry account are curently using my old email address. I haven't use my old email for a long time since 2013. And my cherry account are activated since 2011. I dont remember password i've been used for old email. So i'm contacting CS by using email and cherry exchange but 3 days has been passed, until now i'm still not receive any reply. Please help, i want to returned to play dn sea again. Today i would like to change my old email address.

I had the same problem for almost a month I dont know what happened but when I logged in Cherry Exchange yesterday I can open Cash Shop now though I cant be sure if this is a fix
