i have the same problem.

Last last night i can still use my account. The day after that when i log in to DN, it says "Cherry Account Authentication Failed" I tried changing my pass and ID through CC but it didn't fix the problem. I also tried the link given by CC but it says my account is not locked. Wtf. Please respond to this issue, not because only a few has this problem doesn't mean you wont fix this -.- I spent much money with my account and i really hope to get my account back as soon as possible. Please show us your Service Culture. Please. God bless your team always.

and i have already sent a ticket to CC but it gives me a link exactly the same as mantou give.



Experiencing the EXACT same thing here, only thing is I haven't logged in since years ago. My account ain't locked so no release codes are available, and my current email works totally fine. Waiting for another reply from gardener tho.

Those link that you gave us cant solve my problem! I cant remmember My Old yahoo its been so long and i forget it even my pin number!.
But my Cherry Exchange Is Active and im active ingame also.
IF YOU JUST RELEASE THOSE OLD ACCOUNT THAT FORGOT THEIR INFO LIKE EMAIL OR PIN NUMBER.

OR

JUST RELEASE THOSE CHERRY EXCHANGE / ACCOUNT THAT YOU LOCK/SUSPENDED

MANY PLAYERS ARE SUFFERING THIS ISSUE AND MANY PLAYER WILL AUTOMATICALLY QUIT DUE TO THIS NONSENSE ISSUE!

OR ASK THEM TO SEND THEIR NSO, DRIVING LISCENSE ETC.. !!!~~

So does that means it is safe to assume those whose cherry accounts are not locked but are experiencing authentication issues can say good bye to their game accounts ? Since all we did be getting those no-brainer replies which are just literally copy + paste of those links which Mantou too has given here ?

I want my refund for all those cash which I had spent the last 2 years since you guys "KILLED" my game account .

ok so it's been 2 days, my Cherry Exchange is not suspended yet my DN account got authentication failed

please give us answer soon... it's really frustating that you couldn't play on weekends (T.T)

my sub account released tomorrow but I want to play my main account, I don't want to back grinding from lvl 1 to 93 (no)

Same Bro, i cant receive release code to my email because my cherry was not suspended, i can log in into cherry credits, my problem is i cant log in to the Game it says Authentication failed (sob)

Another friend of mine changed his CC exchange password today, after that he can't login to DN and it keep saying "cherry account authentication failed".

What's going on with your system CC? First players who haven't change their password for a while got their account banned/cash shop locked. Next players who changed their password to prevent that problem to happen got "cherry account authentication failed". How can us players deal with that? And when will it be solved? Some will rage quit/have no choice but to quit (coz they can't login with their accounts) and it's totally your fault.

nvm I'm giving up for now... it's too late that I couldn't play anymore
I only have really short free time and I just go rekt by this

ouch, but still 1 month is a very long time to wait... that's just stupid

ah talking about "not our fault" thing is... thankfully there is no money involved in this problem
but few weeks ago my phone was broken because I updated the firmware

In step1, what do you mean by " You will see an error message and a link to retrieve your release code. "  You mean the messenger menu at the left side? and what if I forgot my yahoo mail account, will there be any way to still retrieve your account? You already claim that the fault was on your side.I hope we get to play with our account already in a no-hassle way like this. So disappointing

What I don't understand is..

CC says "It's happening cause of inactivity"... but all I see is.
A patch comes = more people get error with Authentication issues or get suspended/banned.
Stupid thing is, these players were online just before the patch > after patch they got locked.
Answer of CC: Cause of inactivity... eh?

Dear GM When i was playing DN i suddenly got disconnected so i re-log in when i clicked the login button there's a message that says "Cherry Account Authentication Error" i tried reconnecting and re-login several times , i tried loging in , in Cherry Credits but it says that my account was suspended or it has expired. Kindly help me im sure im not the only one experiencing this problem , i'll be looking foward for you're help. IGN : C1SpeedMon , ProKeith Server : GreenWood Class : DarkAvenger and Gladiator.it almost 10days since i mail my concern abount my problem..i cant enter in dn sea site' nor cherry credits as well..but why i cant enter in the game?kindly please unlock my ACCOUNT!!!
