Windwalker's Spiral Kick Ex Blocking Duration Is Too Long

Description of bug/issue: Windwalker's Spiral Kick EX can't chain into various ground skills
World name: irrelevant
Character name: irrelevant
NPC name (if relevant): irrelevant
Class/Level: Windwalker/93
Party or solo: irrelevant
Dungeon/Nest name (if relevant): irrelevant
Steps to reproduce bug/issue:
1. Have Lv93 Windwalker
2. Level Spiral Kick, level 1 is fine
3. Unlock Spiral Kick EX
4. Notice that when performing Spiral Kick EX (Tumble, then Right Click)
These skills were not available (greyed out) until the Spiral Kick EX animation finishes:
1. Kick Shot/ Binding Shot
2. Circle Shot
3. Spiritual Excel
4. Spirit Boost
5. Rage of the Owl
6. Cyclone Kick
7. etc, basically any skills that suppose to be executable on ground

Essentially, the current Spiral Kick EX animation is blocking the execution of other skills for too long.

Compare the blocking duration of Spiral Kick EX of the previous level


The player can cast other grounded skills much earlier

Compare it to the non-EX version from Tempest:

Noticed this as well while leveling my Windwalker. Was surprised to discover I can't chain skills immediately after Spiral Kick anymore.

Probably some additional note, so that the bug fixing process could be faster

In previous Spiral Kick EX mechanics, Windwalker can opt for 2 of these
1. OSK (Old Spiral Kick) > (Left Click) Spirit Shot
2. OSK > (Right Click) > OFK (Old Flip Kick)

In the new Spiral Kick EX mechanics, the options became:
NSK (New Spiral Kick) > (Right Click) > NFK (New Flip Kick)
NSK > (Right Click Click) > OSK >  (Left Click) > Spirit Shot

Notice that on the right click version, the Old Spiral Kick EX appear as the 2nd Spiral Kick EX. You can interrupt this Old Spiral Kick much earlier with other ground skills.

So the fix is simply, make it so that the New Spiral Kick EX (the first Spiral Kick EX) has the same interruptibility as the 2nd Spiral Kick EX, which is basically the old Spiral Kick EX.

I am wondering if the ww bugs above are now fixed?
Created another ww, but current level is not high enough to check.
