Please check the following:
  • Oops! Looks like your account has been suspended. Changes are not allowed for suspended accounts. If you think this is an mistake, please contact our game support team through Cherry Messenger.

    The guide say's that try to change your log in ID and also password. But no response then I try to change my DNSEA ID then that was it say's dont know why? Please help me. And in my email there's no message for me to fix it.

My account has been suspended I've send a ticket at cherry credits already 5 days have passed still no reply they already ask for my info such as
-Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Identification type and number
- Country of Residence
- Email address
- IGN (Dragon Nest character name)
Now they don't reply to me what should I do
I can't even change email because I'm suspended they don't give me any notice of my wrong deeds now I'm missing events and even my mails :( please help
