Description:
Reproduction steps:
1. - Use Awakened Lightning Zap
2. - Use it again before the 15 seconds debuff from Awakening [God's Stigma] expires


Expected result: [God's Judgement] will hit the target after 0.5 sec for 300% of the damage of Lightning Zap
Actual result: The damage is much lower, around 200%
Temporary Solution (work-around): None that I'm aware of
