Heya' mates, could you share your gladiator's skill rotation ? I had my Gladiator just recent and I might just be able to improve my gameplay once I get to receive replies from you mates. Thanks ! (hat)

I am not used to gladiator but in my case

[awk]Brave > LD > DS-DC > LD EXi > DK > LD > Hyper Drive > rinse and repeat , this generates 20 bubbles and cut GL's main skill , sometimes when the boss moving use ES (Feint in INA) or Eclipse to break the animation ...

But when Boss HP gone below 55% FA will be better than Hyper Drive , so rotate between the 2 ...

When Boss HP gone below 13% > rebuff ([awk]Brave + Breaking Point + Provoking Slam/Luring then FA)

Else use Front Shove instead Line Drive to open rotation , hacking stance when boss doing tossing mechanic , parry when boss doing stomp mechanic , relieve when there is a debuff ... and the boss will be slayed before you even realize ...

No. No it's not. My Gladiator's Hyperdrive consistently hacks away 100m+ per hit, add up all 4 hits and the additional smaller hits and you get 400m+ per Hyperdrive cast. At 50% boss HP, my FA's second hit (the big explosion) can barely go over 200m (white number, additional damage), add to that the second hit and it's still just a little over 300m; In rare instances (for example, genie + ice stack) where my FA at 50% goes over 400m, my Hyperdrive would be hitting close to 200m per hit, so it still loses.

So no, 55% FA is not better than Hyperdrive. Might as well save your bubbles for heavy hitting skills like Front Shove and Parrying Stance.

FA begins to beat Hyperdrive in per cast damage when you enter 40% boss HP and below. 45% is just about the point where the two do about the same damage.

I am really sure FA begins to scale exponentially when it cross 55% , well i am maining a Barbarian , i just swap gear between my alt GL and my main ...

And I'm pretty sure it doesn't. I main a Gladiator, and made a second one to make use of my gears, and in both Gladiators it shows the same thing: at 50%, Hyperdrive is still stronger than FA.

I'll try to get some screenshots when I have the time and when my connection permits it.
