Reset Password Issue

i can't Reset my dragon nest eu password so i can bind it and when i try to reset it from the website it says it will send a verification to my email and when i check nothing happen -_- and the support won't help me i gave them all the info they needed and in the end nothing happen they said the mail doesn't exist i took a picture for the ign and email address 4~5 days ago and i got nothing in return it has been 20 days since i first contacted them and i don't know what to do

May I ask, where is that password recovery link located (on which webpage)?

Have you taken a look at this topic yet?

I'm assuming this is related to your Shanda (or perhaps even earlier publisher) account, you'll need to specifically mention to support that this is not about recovering a password from a CherryCredits account.
