I gave information to support for my problem. They said 'Kindly allow at least a few working days for the team to make an in-depth check regarding this matter. We will get back to you as soon as an update is made available to us' on 28 Dec 2016. I waited until 5 jan 2016 and then I sent a message to support. But I still didnt receive any message.

Support will answer once there are updates, posting on forums won't really change that. It's best to inform about your current issue status through your support ticket.
