Do you have any way to use another connection than the Vodafone one?

not really but i will think of something

gonna search a internet cafe in my location ill gonna tell you guys when a other conection worked

If the issue is really related your ISP, would it not be possible to consult with their technical support? If you can figure out which IPs/connections you're having issue connecting to, perhaps you can provide them the information so they can look into what's causing it on their side.

Did that already, they say it's on CC's end and they can't do anything about it. Forwarded it via QA, but they say that they can't reproduce it and that's about it.
