[Notice] Crediting Of Missing Rewards [Charity Run Event]

Update on 08 March 1815HRS: The second batch of players affected has been credited with the missing rewards. Please check your Special Storage for the rewards.

Dear Players,

We are aware that some participants who joined the Top 20 Guilds on 13 February  (GMT+8) for the Charity Run event have yet to receive their Rewards. Crediting for missing rewards will be split into the following batches: 

Batch 1 – Players from this batch will get their Rewards credited by 7 March 2359HRS (GMT+8). 

Batch 2 – Players from this batch will be notified of their crediting at a later date. Our developers are still verifying the data pertaining to those not credited with the Rewards. 

Please refrain from creating new tickets until players from Batch 2 have been notified of the crediting of their rewards. 
All tickets pertaining to the Charity Run event will be closed after the second batch of crediting. Should there still be any Rewards uncredited despite a player’s eligibility, we request that they send in a new Ticket through Cherry Messenger. 

These new tickets will need to provide the following details:
1) Guild Name during event period + date of joining
2) Current Guild Name + date of joining

We thank you for providing these essential details along with any additional pieces of information as it will help us to hasten the process of verifying your Reward eligibility. 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused!

Oh wow :o So people who sent tickets and gets responded and everything gets 2 extra furies but we who were ignored or were given stupid generic replies til now will only be getting the correct amount of 1 or 3 furies.

Eh well at least we're getting them...

This is so stressing !  SO STRESS !

All 4 of my characters still haven't get theirs, and I don't know when will get. (mad)
I submitted my ticket on the day itself, and it's not I am trying to cheat CC. (mad)
My ticket have full details, and everyday I log in to check reward, log in email to check, do you all know how stress and how unhappy u cause to players?
Do you know the feeling of logging in everyday for the past 3 weeks to check ???????
It is like you are hungry, but you are waiting for your salary to bank in so you can buy some bread to eat. Then you queue very long but press check balance and no have.
You call your boss, your boss say going to bank in tommorrow. So tommorrow u queue again only to get hungry and disappointed again. Do you know dis kind of feeling?
Thats what i am feeling, and some of us are feeling !
I may have to wait i duno how many days more. And I maybe 2nd batch also no get.
I really duno what to say anymore. So next time event like this we play safe and no do things last minute even CC say deadline is when?
I am so upset over this event. I am going to provide my screenshot a 2nd time !

BTW I GAVE A TICKET ALMOST LAST MONTH AGO AND STILL NO REWARD PLUS I SEND A NEW ONE AND NO ONE BOTHER TO GIVE IT A SOLUTION AND YOU CLOSED IT. I'VE POSTED MANY SCREENSHOTS IN YOUR POSTS AND STILL NO? SO I'M GOING TO DO THIS AGAIN HERE. I REALLY NEED SOME HELP TO THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF THIS EVENT

Just give all characters 1 fury to sooth everyone anger or make 1 more event (doing 100 runs level 93? -for example) and get 1 fury per characters..

Looking for the bugs, fix that, fix this..

i havent got mine,
guess i will send a new ticket now,
since old ticket are closed after the 2nd batch players got their reward.

May i ask why there are some players who get 5 fury as rewards in early recredit batch? And why we just get 3 fury instead?

Seems like those who received 5 fury, receive another 3 fury again, together with altea, CC you are the best!! 8 fury in total as compensation (love) (:D) (clap)
