Dear CC Admin,

Good Day! (:])

Kindly please investigate and resolve the issue regarding on the sudden screen freezing or not responding of the game client. We already experiencing this kind of technical problem for how many years, and still not yet resolved until now. We already upgraded our computer specs and internet connection into global standards in order to meet the standard specs of the game, but it's still freezes suddenly, I can hear the BGM/sound, but the window/game client is not responding. Furthermore, this kind of technical issue, keeps on discouraging SEA players on playing or investing money in the game. So please make some action on this common technical issue of the Dragon Nest SEA.

just set compatibility to Windows xp or install a Windows 8/10 instead. mine Win8. no more problem

before i had win 10 and didnt experience this thing, now i have win 7 and it keeps crashing and the not responding occurs so often that its now impossible to play multiple games in pvp (limited to 1 or 2 games)
