Cherry Authtentication Failed

It's probably just been 2 days since the last time i've Played Dragon Nest SEA. upon my Login, My Account got LOCKED for no APPARENT REASON. Upon Unlocking my account as well as Changing my Password. I tried logging in Game still can't Login (Login Error)

Account is already unlocked but still having Cherry Account Authentication Failed. Im having no problem logging in dn.sea website

For this cases it's better to send a ticket to support or post account info here for Mantou to pick up:

Hopefully it won't take a month for my issue to be resolved. (Previous Experience) took 2 weeks before gardener replied to my support ticket
