Didn´t Recive The Otp Code(Germany)

When i try to send the otp Code to my phone it just didn´t arrive. And i can´t use the Mesenegr to contact a Gardener cause Cherry Exchange tells my i need to verify my account to use the messenger.

Pls Help

Despite going over the OTP system with the Gardener, it appeared to be working it last time but still doesn't seem to function properly as people still appear to be experiencing issues with receiving the OTP on the mobile phones.
