Screen resolution resizing is not working in window mode, every size I choose ends up being bigger than intended. video below show what I mean.

Was working fine before I had to reinstall the OS, running Windows 10 Pro on 1920 x 1080 desktop resolution.

"Change the size of text, apps, and other items" << see this?
My guess is, try to change it to 100%.

Changing it to 100% makes it the the whole OS UI too small to read on laptop screen, thanks to your info I got the idea to instead change the application DPI scaling settings of DN. Posted Image

Have you tried setting compatibility mode in the same screen? Try with Windows 7 or XP.

Maybe I should have clarified it, my last post is the solution on how I got it to work by changing DPI scaling settings of DN.
