I am pretty sure I am not doing the best that my physi can do. So I have a lot of questions
Concentrating on the support role for now

1.) Aside from Love Virus, Magma Punch, and Poison Flask, what other debuffs should we be maintaining?

2.) Aside from c*cktail, what other buffs should we be maintaining?

3.) Aside from Heal Shower, what other skills are recommended for plates?

4.) Is sage rings better or do I use magician rings?

1. Keeping up Love Virus and Magma Punch is the most important part for boosting your party. Poison Flask is for personal DPS.

2. ****tail is a self buff. Sacrifice should be kept all the time if possible for 10% bonus damage for party members. CD of Summon Slime can be reduced by use of Injector EX

3. Poison Break CD plate is strongly recommended. The rest can be subjective, such as Poison Charging CD, Mixed Infection CD.

4. Sage Rings = Defense, which actually contribute little. I would recommend Magician Rings to improve heal overall, which Heal Shower EX focuses on DoT (although not usually used).

Wait, ****tail is now a self buff? Thats a shame. When was this changed?
Also, how do you apply the sacrifice buff? Does it work like duck explosion where after you summon it you can cast sacrifice immediately?

Ctail was changed in the 3R revamp of Dragon Nest, occurring at the start of 90 cap.

Duck explosion? LOL well, sort of. You summon slime, then press Sacrifice. It will then cast Sacrifice and explode. Party members nearby will get the 0.3%/s heal and +10% attack buff for 20 seconds. One key difference is this: for Sacrifice, the slime dies whereas for Mecha Bomber, the duck does not die.

Follow up questions:
1.) Is there a Sacrifice duration increase plate?(Edit:found a sacrifice plate while doing DQ, the answer is no)
2.) How do I know that the monster/s still have plague debuff?
3.) Is it acceptable for me to have very low DPS? Like just using magma punch then getting out of range of attacks until debuff expires?
4.) Is +7 all equips acceptable in nests? Or do I need +10s?

2. I am unable to confirm about special plague appearance. How I normally tell is by Disease's CD, since they are relatively similar.

3. Depends on your party. Usually in party with sufficient geared chars, support chars can relax, so yes, it is acceptable.

4. 10 and 7 make little difference but numbers change the way pub look at you, so the acceptance is subjective..

Some suggestions I wrote when Phy awakening was just released:

I tested Physician and have found this out:

While Disease EX is now on the floor, casting Poison Break will cause the Disease puddle on the floor to be gone. However, while the puddle is not there, you can still explode the floor (as though the puddle is there). Therefore, in each Disease EX puddle (which lasts 10s), you can cast Poison Break EXi, followed by Poison Break EX again for full damage.

Casting Poison Break EX removes poison buff on the boss, but Disease EX puddle (even if disappeared due to exploding with Poison Break) appears to reapply the poison on the boss, allowing you to cast another Poison Break EX, regardless whether it is INS or normal. When Disease EX skill CD, the puddle would have expired. However, you can renew the puddle again by casting Disease EX.

Poison Break EX (2 hits total) = 6324% (follows bubble count)
Poison Break EX (2nd hit) = 791% (always 50% of board damage regardless of bubble count)
Disease Poison Break (listed as [Awakened] Disease) = 3840%

Total = 10955% .

Additional notes:
Disease EX's poison which allows double hit of skills lasts 7 seconds from the last hit from the puddle (when explodes from casting Poison Break EX extra hit, 7 seconds or 7 ticks begin from there)

Hope this is useful ^^
