i dont know what to say, i am frustrated and disappointed by this issue, " Before the server merge DN is running smoothly with tolerated issues beside " but right after the merge, TONS of issues aside from the old ones sprouted.. i cant get the client running, when i click on the DN LAUNCHER it just give me this (Check my SS)

Notice the 1/1 on the check update.. 10 seconds stuck on that window and right after this will pop-up:

tell me, how can i get into the game with this issue? how can i play the game that i so loved? i am disappointed x100, i dont ask for compensation i just wanna get to the game.. i dont wanna see the game just die, i dont care about how much i spent but i wanna enjoy what i spend on.. PLS HELP ME FIX THIS ISSUE..

check ur firewall or antivirus, make sure it didnt block outgoing or incoming connection of dn

do i have to do that even if i didnt changed anything before and after the merge? if YES, can u pls walk me through on how to do it? ty in advance..

google - how to allow programs in firewall, how to whitelist program in [name of antivirus]

i already did and still same outcome, i tried to uninstall/reinstall the client and still same thing.. all my friends are suffering from same issue.. sigh (tense)

i dont think it is internet connection issue coz i can play DOTA2 and other games with high data usage and as ive said, i dont get this issue before and i can play the game smoothly

err current dn version is 237.... ur installer version is too old, sadly it cant autopatch from that point. u gotta go through several recent updates posts to download all the manual patch from there

yes that happened when i uninstall/reinstall the game but i did DL all the manual patch at the MP Archive under Tech Issues, im still searching for Patch number 230-231, do u happen to have it?

I encounter this problem sometimes, even before the server merge. I get around with it by renewing my public IP address.

prolly ur telcos using static IP i guess. ours using dynamic IP

It's just a simple "turning your router off for 40 seconds and turning it back on". Still depends on your ISP tho. Some offer static IPs to their customers
