In case you have missed the news, here’s a summary. Cherry Credits’ publishing contract with Eyedentity Games for Dragon Nest SEA has ended and the game service and operations will be transferred to Eyedentity Games by end-August 2017. To facilitate the game service transfer, Dragon Nest SEA will undergo a temporary closure to facilitate in the technical transfer. Your characters and game data are all safe during the transfer, so there’s no need to fret! Read our news for more details: http://dn.cherrycred...3399/Notice<br>
In the meantime, all players are strongly advised to apply for the transfer, so as to have a smooth transition when the game service reopens under Eyedentity Games. The User Transfer System is now available. Through this User Transfer process, you will be able to:

1) Obtain an Eyedentity Games account when you complete the transfer successfully. An Eyedentity Games account will be required to log into your Dragon Nest SEA game account upon service reopening.
2) Transfer your game account from Cherry Credits to Eyedentity Games.

Note:

You will still be able to log into the game with your Cherry Account after doing the transfer.
After the temporary closure of the service and the reopening of Dragon Nest SEA by Eyedentity, then you will need to use your Eyedentity Account to log in to the game.

same question. can we still login to DN using our cc account after we complete the transfer process prior to game temporary closure? please clarify :D thanks

Yeah I guess so, just transferred my account right now and it's still working fine when I logged in ingame :o

Hm. I use gmail. When press on confirm button it say "Valid email address", but after that when click on sign up. It show error "Incorrect email address". So what is the problem?

CC is not that strict about it when DN is new

Already done mine, followed everything and got the emails regarding permission for transfer and the processes along it but no confirmation whatsoever if it was successful or not.

EDIT: They probably forgot to set confirmation emails after the transfer.

Out of topic question.
So ED will be up by 7th September, 1week of closure before that.
So from now till then. We will just have to play with the current version of the game? Upcoming patches such as RM/95cap will only be patched after service transfer? Can we expect a reopening of DN SEA with a game patch or we have to wait more?
