As many of you should know by now, Cherry Credits’ publishing contract with Eyedentity Games for Dragon Nest SEA has ended and the game service and operations will be transferred to Eyedentity Games by end-August 2017. To facilitate in a seamless transfer, Dragon Nest SEA will undergo a temporary game closure on 28 August 2017, at 1300HRS (GMT+8).


There’s no need to panic because your game data and characters are safe during this transfer period. The game service will be back up on 7 September 2017.


In the meantime, hang out with us on our Facebook page as we battle those withdrawal symptoms together!

Will this forum will be closed also at that time? where can we get info for the progress of the transfer except for that facebook page? do we need to re download the game client?

is there FAQs section? (shame)

i just wanna know how about the duration items? will they be carried over? freeze expiry? extended? or removed?

ex. VIP, if i purchase now, what will happen after transfer? (sorry)

This will be my last post to this forum here Mantou sama :D , Wanna know if the transfer completed , do we really need to re-download the new game patch (Eyedentity) one or we can use the current (CC) .. Please answer Thanks in advanced

What will happen to those CC accounts that do not transfer? Will their data just get deleted?

Likely it will either be extended or freeze~

High chance that you will just need to patch from the current client, mantou can't confirm that for sure at this current stage though.

Data will not be deleted however those data will not be accessible via Eyedentity services. So if you still want your account, please remember to do the transfer!

why not delete those who dont transfer or will it be deleted at a later time? how about people who forgot the email but want to use their old ign? already sent cc messenger but not of use for me since my proof is not enough. but i still want to use my old ign.

@mantou, as you said, we will not be able to use eyedentity services if we did not transfer. You mean we will not be able to access the game client itself and their website(sea.dragonnest.com-ED) ? Or just their website? Need some clarifications for this. Thanks.

i got same problem too.. but they dont give a **** about it... ive proven that i can login my account in game i just need the email... but still no luck..

My trick of how to transfer your untransferrable account..

Cause:
-Deleted Email Account due to inactivity for 1 year or more or other reasons.
-Combination of forgotten PIN, Password, Secret Answer, inaccessible email

Since Garden CC doesn't provide any help from you, like it happened to me, I hope this helps.

Note: This is only my suggestion, depends if you're really desperate enough to find a way to transfer your account.


Step 1: Make another account (Should be accessible, making another mistake will be your fault)
Step 2: Make at least two characters (Lvl 2 and a Lvl 80 Chronicle)
Step 3: Since Server Merge is already a thing, you can add your Character (from new acc) to your other Character (old acc) as a friend
Step 4: Once added, now start using a Seal Stamps to seal all of your sealable items [NOTE: ONLY SEALABLE ITEMS ARE SEALABLE, IF SOME OF THEM ARE UNSEALABLE, THEN THERE IS NO CHANCE OF TRANSFERRING YOUR SPECIFIC ITEM, I SUGGEST YOU NEED TO GET ANOTHER ITEM LIKE THAT (eg: Rune Weapons)]

Note: Sealing items is really time-consuming and expensive (except for those people who are desperate, they won't care if its expensive), it is more time-consuming when you don't have special stamps (because you can only send 5 per day)
Step 5: Send it to the character you added as a friend (I mean your ALT)

Note: Seal Stamps are really expensive in TH, but you can have some for free when you loot it in dungeons or you opened a lvl up box.

What about our points system (i.e. dungeon points, nest points, nightmare points, etc) ? Will it be transferred over as well or reset ?
