Most people don't understand that CC has basically no influence on the patch content. I get that ED dictates and CC merely requests things and hopes that ED allows it. The issue is that EU has been getting shafted in a lot of aspects for quite a while now and it doesn't seem to stop.
I don't know if ED is trying to make the server suffer overall or if CC isn't actively attempting to make our lives better though. All we as players see is one failed patch after another without any communication from your side during that process.
Our ladder hasn't been working for what feels like a year by now, I don't remember the exact time that it broke. Rewards for the "working" ladder seasons were never sent out.
We have skipped 2 rounds of Dark Banquet which are decently challenging content that gives rewards which feels worth the effort of doing it.
We have skipped 3 or 4 rounds of Althea Exploration which should have injected a lot of needed materials into our economy.
There are bugs that are giving certain players extreme advantages, the biggest one returning multiple times and not getting fixed for months. It involves a hero transformation and I am pretty sure you are aware of what I mean.
Furthermore the handling of policy abusers is extremely lackluster and inconsistent. The previously mentioned bug got two guilds removed from the guild nest ranking a few months ago, but last month the same issue occured again and the guild abusing the bug merely got a warning via ingame mail to not do it again.
Scammers and other cases of misconduct aren't being treated the way they should be. There are a few individuals that have been acting against the abuse policy for months with dozens of reports, but without getting banned or any other consequences for them.
A lot of our events are basically jokes. Cash events with extremely unsatisfying rewards/bonuses, ingame events constantly having issues with proper reward distribution and clarity issues for basically every single event making it virtually impossible to understand how to correctly take part in some events.
If questions come up on the forums that are adressed at CC there is almost never any answer, most questions just stay in the threads and get ignored, a very small portion gets adressed and even if a question is answered then it's sometimes a incomplete answer that just brings up more questions.
Our patchnotes are missing information almost every time and have to get edited multiple times until they provide a semi-useful preview of the patch. Sometimes these edits happen even after the patch was applied to the live server and things that were clearly mentioned before just don't happen/show up at all.
It feels like your company does not want to have anything to do with our community. We have no ingame presence from your team aside from the GM being logged in for like 3 minutes after the servers go up after a patch and saying "Enjoy playing" in world chat. We have virtually no forum presence aside from the thread creation for announcements and the standard answer of "Please write a ticket" whenever Lemonteaz is bored enough to respond to one of the threads in the issue section. And we have no presence from your company on the DNEU Discord, which is how most players get their information about what's going on with the server at the moment.
Overall there is a lot of issues that have not been adressed since the service has been transfered from Shanda to CC, which to us as a community seem like things that shouldn't be hard to take care of. We do understand that not every bug can be fixed within one month, we do understand that not every event can cater to everyones needs, we do understand that sometimes we just want to much, we do understand that you guys are also just humans (or maybe not in Mantous case) and we do understand that ED is basically in full control and that CC is merely the middleman, but you have to do something for us if you want us to support you.
If Eyedentity is holding you guys hostage and you need help, then continue to write in white, we will figure out a solution to get you out of there.
