Admin please solve this problem

Hello i have  a problem , i cannot play the game what happens is i was able to login make a character select a server everything smooth until i pick a place to spawn after i type my 2nd password and press start i freeze for just 1 second then .. nothing i stay at a screen where it shows my character standing there holding his sword its not frozen things are moving around my character is doing his auto animations but it does not go to any loading screen or anything i cannot move or nothing no menu or anything either only thing i am able to do is press ESC then a window comes up that says Exit game ? then options yes or no thats all i can do.

ive check my anti virus and fire wall it is perfectly allowed through ive even tried disabling both but still nothing so its nothing to do with firewalls or anti virus.

any help please??
