when i login it appear 'cherry account authentication failed'  GM help me!!!!!!!!! plz

Hi nicekung25,

It could be that your game client isn't updated. Try redownloading the full game client and logging in again.

that error occurs when your account has been locked.

try logging in to cherrycredits.com and see if our account has been locked.

we have the same problem. this account has been locked too and the only way i can access it is i use my facebook to login.

i dont know but when i login to dn it says 'cherry account authentication failed'.
