All Electronic Pin purchases will be issued to your Cherry Messenger if the transaction is successful. Click on the respective message and refer to the ePIN Serial Number.


 


If you have yet to receive any messages in your Cherry Messenger 30 minutes after the transaction is completed, please submit a ticket to Cherry Messenger with the following information:

  • Date/time of transaction
  • Product name
  • Transaction ID (you may access this through the Transaction Log)
