What is, in Mantous own words, the best way to actually achieve a change ingame? How can we actually get CC/ED attention to ingame issues?

Let's say we think event rewards are unfair, there are gamebreaking bugs etc, what do we do?

Mantou would say, forum is actually a good medium to raise the unhappiness. If constructive feedbacks are given along with supporting evidence/reasoning is actually easier to convince the team (as well as ED, usually the latter is the issue honestly).


It takes more than a village to change ED mind.

can i ask you how can i get the coupon code from your Sure Win Lucky Dip promo, i charged up EyeT yesterday and today. but I can't find the code from cherry messenger. i already file a ticket, but it will take days before i can get an answer

Hmm.

Firstly you have to meet the requirement of spending at least 10,000 CC in a single transaction. Maybe u can leave your ticket number here and mantou can do a quick check with the team when available.

I already charged 60000cc , the problem is where to dip or spin. it should be like gachapon, but the procedure from gachapon i already forgot.

1. Login to your Cherry Exchange


2. Scoll down to the section "Events"


3. You will see a banner with 'Sure Win Cherry Dip' click on it!

Mantou, sorry to bother you again, someone from EU is asking are we allowed to trade codes? it's in SEA forum. and also it seems this event "sure win lucky dip " is not coordinated with ED, I got rainbow wing, nana the bear and red messenger. when entered the code in enter code in cash shop it says it says it's already used or deleted. sorry to say is this a scam? there is also another one complaining about rainbow wing in SEA forum.


Update: i got the nana the bear, i misread 0 for o in the code, the red messenger and rainbow wing got the problem it says the item not available , pls check the main website.

Hi, there is no restriction in the trading of coupon code however is done it at your OWN RISK. Since each coupon code can be only applied once.


As for the error in redeeming coupon code in SEA, EYED are aware of the issue and they are looking into it.

Thanks for the reply, anyway EU items are useless to us SEA players, we can't play EU even if we want to because of IP ban, And vice versa for EU players more likely we will take the risk.

So,You know that the Ladder system is not working anymore ingame.Also,as you are aware we lost Ladder Points for the 3* weeks couse of CC's issues.


I'm also not talking about the whole Month, that cause of your problems for 1 month we lost Tickets,we lost BP and some days we're not be able to collect our rewards like as yesternight. 1 Month full of blackscreens,disconnections,crashes,that cause us to lost our tickets,bp and non-collected rewards.Can you think about a Compensation? The Whole server maybe 300+ players are not able to get their ladder points! for 1 Month PLEASE can someone get the responsability?

Hi,


Mantou and the team do understand what the players are going thru and what is being lost during this period of time. As much as the team would like to "compensate" on the loss, not everything is within our control ONLY.


We would still need to seek developers approval, and we also need developers assistant to fix the "non-working" ladder system.
