Hello everyone,,

I gotten an issue with my top-up recently. I contacted the CC gardener about my problem, however when accessing my problem, they said, "Kindly provide us the card you are using in purchasing CC for further investigation" I'm a bit unsure whether I should. Some background info. It's not my first transaction, It is my second transaction that failed. As you know Dragon Nest SEA is currently asking players to transfer their account from Cherry Credits to Eyedentity. I transferred my account before making my second transaction. I was thinking whether this was the reason why it failed.I verified my Pay Pal account and tried to make another transaction but it failed again.Want to hear your opinion on this.. Thank You...
