Hello,


I am very sorry to have come to this point, but this is my limit as a player of Dragon Nest Europe.


Since Sunday 16th of December 2018 players have been suffering from server lag, delays and disconnections. Cherry Credits has sent us some rewards on the 18th of December, which is a nice move from them.


But the problem still persists.


I don't understand how Cherry Credits can provide such bad services. I am not only referring to the recent disconnections, I am referring to all the things a player should expect from a game that is Pay to Win.


Most of your players engaged or not have bought at least one time Cash CC points. Most of the daily players have spent at least 500 euros in this game and a lot more for some.


I don't understand, how Cherry Credits can :


- Ignore tickets (after one month and a half I consider it being ignored).


- Reply to tickets AT LEAST two weeks later and NOT the "two business days" as mentioned in the automated response, even if it's about CC and DNP problems.


- NOT refund CC nor DNP when there is definitely a bug from Cherry Credits' side.


- NOT write properly events pages, making wrong sentences, wrong dates, missing images, wrong images...and so on.


- NOT send the rewards on the crediting date mentioned in the events, or not at all (unless a ticket is made)


- NOT put full patches notes, or not put any patches notes at all OR after the patch (thank you again for removing Thief epic costume without warning us).


It's been three years that i have been playing Dragon Nest Europe.


Every years is the same, I except Cherry Credits to provide better services and to listen to their players but since up to this date it has been a failure.


I don't know if Cherry Credits will take note of my feedback, but I hope they will.


I find the service unacceptable, from a game where a lot of players spend their money in, this game ought to have a better service.


I will let the other players add all the things I forgot to mention.

Emile sums up most of the issues that we have with CC.


- I do expect a faster ticket response (still have a ticket that hasn't been checked after 3 weeks UserPostedImage).



Also about events:


  1. Most of the cash events that we get aren't even worth spending on. Spend a lot of CC to get old items like iona, light weapon coupons etc that server nothing to players other than looks really because their stats are worthless.

  2. I get this feeling that CC doesn't know anything about the game even when i see some of the events. For example, when we had Hero's Battlefield two months in a row and we had to ask CC to give us keys because it was impossible to do Hero's Battlefield (Hardcore) 10 times without being given keys. Then the same event was posted the next month too and we had to ask for keys again.

- About Patch notes again CC doesn't seem to know about the game and doesn't realise that some stuff should informed to the players beforehand since some content are changed/removed so players should be made aware of such things. Players in the end have to speculate from other servers what changes we are going to have in order to prepare for them.



-Also i cannot understand how some bugs still exist in the game that give people advantages in clearing content over people who are to play the game fairly. It only seems logical to me that harmful bugs should be a priority and fixed instantly but no, they still exist after many months.



I just really hope things will get better.



P.S. The Enhancemnt Hammer Calypse (50%) and Jellies were really nice additions in the in-game events hope will keep on seeing them and that the Jellies will be permanent next time they are given.

It's overal disgusting how were being treated. DNSEA reports a bug or something is wrong with the game and it gets fixed in a week especially a game breaking one that has been reported multiple times. Somehow We can only get through to cc through QA's and others.
Seeing that forums will be a new medium of communication I pray for CC to start listening and take action.

  • Fix your events
  • Fix your server issues
  • Fix your reaction time on tickets
  • Fix your reaction time on reportes

All I can say about all of this it's sad my advice get more QA's for all I care or get DNM's. You need moderation and more people between you and the community to communicate with you or to act for you when a fast reaction is needed. Like for instance bug abusers scammers.

I could take several hours writing all the complaints I have towards the management of this game and communication towards the community, however, while people do bring up valid points, there are simply too many going on in this topic. I recommend splitting up each of these issues in smaller topics so people can focus on these specific problems and give their input on them, this should make it easier for Cherry Credits to see what's still pending and what can be closed as well.

Im playing this game from beginning of SEA Server and from first day when EU Server started running.
I came back a year ago from a break and the amount of negative things right now is overwhelming...
It's not like people [also me] WANT to complain,
we would like to have more attention for this server and positive changes.


The gap between our server and other ones like SEA for example is ridiculous.
It just feels like almost nobody cares about us,
I don't know, there is any hate for EU or something?
Or maybe too low amount of money spend even if players spending tons here.


Many long term players leaving because of these issues and hopefully this forum was made so we can be finally heard.
Like for real, changes are really needed here and we would be so happy because of them you can't even imagine.

This whole thingy also feels like you guys have too low amount of people working,
We don't have anyone in DNEU Discord community from CC, no GMs (At least one would be fine), literally no one.
Literally no one is present from people we need here.



I won't even mention support and tickets, half patches, poor managing of information posted.
Yeah, we are only humans everybody can make a mistake don't take me wrong.
Anyway would be nice if we had someone who could finally answer our questions faster,
I don't think there's any other MMO 'alive' where you need to wait 2 weeks for simple ticket answer.
It's just frustrating, especially when you spending the money and you are treated like this.
People are getting angrier and sadder with time, it started to feel more like a trap than a comfy game to play with friends.
With positive changes more players could come to the game, server could grow.


I just don't understand why this is so hard for you guys, I really would like to know that.
What's so difficult? I bet you know for sure how to change everything for better.


Scammers are running over the server, not even months some of them even years.
All the time it takes way too long with bugged stuff, people feel like there is no control so they are free to break the rules because nobody is 'watching'.
If problems could be solved faster, players wouldn't be able to take any advantage of them.
We need someone to take control of some things which are really bad atm.
In my opinion right person is needed for a GM here.
(Yea, I went too far with imagination. Ah wait, that should be normal.)





We all love your game, make this server great again or at least try with sincere intentions.

i also agree with all those people up!
CC seems not care much to EU region nowdays and that is possible to see we arent blind even you force us more and more for in game items to pay for it like to bought "storage tickets" for a legendary accessories from green dragon time attack to make them transferable to storage which is not fair and many other items which not belong to cash items but asks to get cash item stuff to make them transferable somehow is ok somehow not because that storage ticket should be only for cash items and not for in game items.I know you're CC hungry for our money but this is to much even now to make almost all stuffs to be cashed so anyone can finish what he want.eraly we know cash itmes are cash item for them you need spend mony to have them now even non cash items start to be cash items i agree you need to keep server up i know you need money for worker to server but you force us to spend money for shit items with high RNG rate not even 10% to get good stuffs from game!


Sadly is however if your donate was that 10e or 10 000e we got same threat to all them with unprofessionality and unaccepted thing that CC not even care to change things on better!



If we see just how is even SEA regin better from us in cash event and fresh stuffs many better thing in game then we not have.And not to say that we are bilion years far from korea,china or japan!

You clearly don't understand how this works, so I'll try to explain:




Special Storage Coupons are items you can use to change your main character. They are extremely helpful and shouldn't be used to move gear between active characters. They offer you the chance to move your gear to another character instead of having to gear up from zero. They can not be used to move any cash items, but personally I wouldn't mind if that was possible, because that would also be an extremely helpful addition for people wanting to change their char.

EUs cash items are a lot less pay2win than the items in basically any other region. You are asking for the treatment that SEA, KR, JDN and even CDN are getting, that's just stupid. The amount of cash you have to spend on those servers, especially CDN to be able to compete at a high level is insane, EU is very forgiving in that sense, you clearly have no idea what you are comparing here.


And yes, obviously CC has flaws, very big ones. I'm not denying that. But the points you are listing are the complete opposite of the problems. And if you have any complaints in terms of content/cash content as well as events, it's most likely just ED who is the culprit.
